Funeral & Memorial Services
Every service I offer is bespoke – specific to your loved one, your family – never generic.
Below are the services I offer – get in touch and we can talk about what fits.
Funerals
A complete, personal funeral ceremony – written from scratch, based on what you tell me about your loved one’s life and your preferences. With or without any religious content, whichever’s appropriate.
Keepsake Ceremony
A printed or digital keepsake version of the ceremony itself, so your family has something lasting to keep and return to.
Included in the cost of preparing the funeral — no extra charge.
Ashes-scattering Ceremonies
A simple, heartfelt ceremony to mark the scattering of ashes — wherever that takes place — again, tailor-made for (and with) you and your family
Memorial Ceremonies
A ceremony to mark an anniversary, unveiling, or any occasion where you want to remember and celebrate someone’s life together — this often takes place a few months after the funeral.
Pre-planned Funerals
Planning your own funeral in advance, in your own words, so your family knows exactly what you’d want — and doesn’t have to guess at a difficult time.
Eulogy-Writing Service
If you’d like a eulogy written or polished — for a funeral I’m not leading, or for you to deliver yourself — I can help you find the right words.
How It Works
1. We talk
We’ll meet and talk, properly, before I write a word. I’ll ask about your loved one’s life, their story, the small things as much as the big ones.
2. I write
A first draft built from what you’ve told me.
3. You shape it
Nothing’s fixed until you’re happy — every word, step, reading and piece of music is your choice.
4. We deliver it together, on the day.
Family members and others can be involved as much or as little as you like (or not at all). The main constraint here is time.
